Victor has over 25 years of sales/ management experience (with 20 years of sales/management experience in Medical Device )
In his most current roles at Smith and Nephew Orthopedics he served as VP of Sales of the West overseeing a 200m business, and interim VP of US Sales overseeing a 1 billion business.
VP of Strategic Business Development
Trude was born in Norway, but has spent most of her life in Southern California. After growing up in Orange County, she and her husband moved to San Diego and have resided there since 1985.
She attended the University of California at Davis and attained her degree in Bacteriology.
Her career spans over 35 years in the medical industry, with over 33 of those years concentrated in Orthopedics.
Trude brings passion and commitment to every role she has undertaken. Her main goal is to find solutions that fit the needs of the customer.
Trude lives in San Diego with her husband. She has two grown children who live on the east coast.
Vice President of Sales - Trauma
Brian is a native of Texas and has been in Southern California for 15 years.
He attended Texas A&M University and attained degrees in Biology & Chemistry.
His professional career has consisted of holding many sales leadership & business development roles, while winning numerous achievement awards for the following organizations:
Brian has 20 years of sales management experience (with 15 years of sales/ management experience in Medical Devices ).
Brian lives in El Segundo with his wife and two children.
Vice President of Sales - Orthopedic Reconstruction
Todd was born in New York City and grew up on Long Island.
He attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he received a BSE degree in Biomedical Engineering.
He began his career as a clinical engineer and manager at Tulane University Medical Center where he oversaw such projects as a redesign of the water treatment system for the dialysis center, and a feasibility study for the hospital's first MRI machine. It was here where he realized his desire to pursue sales, marketing, and management positions.
His career has consisted of holding many sales and marketing leadership roles, including over 25 years in medical devices, while winning countless sales achievement awards for the following organizations:
In his most recent role he was an independent sales territory manager for Smith and Nephew Orthopaedics as well as an independent distributor for various medical device companies.
Todd resides in Orange County and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and 4 sons
Chief Operations Office
Clif is a native of Kansas City and has spent most of his life in Southern California.
Clif has a bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology from University of California, Irvine.
His professional career has consisted of holding many leadership & business development roles. Over the past 20 years, he has successfully lead teams in Operations, Sales, and Sales Training. Clif has close to 10 years of experience concentrated in Orthopedics.
Prior to his current role, Clif served as the Business Operations Manager for the West with Smith & Nephew delivering operational excellence and cost savings while supporting over 200 million in Reconstruction and Trauma.
Clif lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife and three girls.
JAMES W. MICHALSKI, Esq.
EVP, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
Jim is a native of Southern California and grew up in Huntington Beach.
He graduated with Honors from UCLA (B.A., Double Major in History and Political Science) and with Honors from Harvard Law School (J.D.). He is a Life Member of Mensa International and a former member of the United States Electoral College – Presidential Elector for the State of California.
Jim began his law career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John G. Davies, United States District Court, and thereafter was in private practice for over 20 years with a concentration in labor & employment and healthcare law. He served as a Partner in several law firms including, most recently, Holland & Knight. He currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Los Angeles Superior Court, an Executive Member of the California State Bar Labor & Employment Section, Editor-in-Chief of California State Bar Labor & Employment Section Law Review, President of the Italian-American Lawyers Association, Legal Counsel to the L’Italo-Americano Federated of Southern California, a Board of Directors members of the National Italian-American Bar Association, and a Pro Bono attorney for the ABA’s Military and Veterans Assistance Program.
During his career, he has received numerous awards including being named by his peers repeatedly as a Super Lawyer for Southern California, the 10 Best Client Satisfaction Award in Labor & Employment, Corporate LiveWire – Global Awards for Healthcare Law, and an ABA Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award.
Jim has several decades of legal experience with over 20 years in labor & employment, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters particularly as they relate to medical devices. He has co-authored chapters in compliance manuals concerning the Affordable Care Act and Labor & Employment Law along with dozens of scholarly articles in legal journals. He has been a repeated legal seminar speaker for the California State Bar Labor & Employment Section and many private educational organizations.
Jim lives in Huntington Beach with his fiancée.
